Can I use the Treventus ScanRobot to scan my books?
The Treventus ScanRobot is a very powerful new piece of technology for Special Collections. It's housed in a secured and locked area, and requires extensive training to learn its functions and operations.
It is only used for digitizing Special Collections-owned materials that have been vetted by the Special Collections librarians for their condition, copyright status, and purpose within our selection of digitized materials. While we're grateful for interest in the ScanRobot, it is not available to students, faculty, staff, or members of the public.
