Main Collection

Loan Periods for regular* circulating materials: All patron groups listed below may renew books from our main collections three (3) times.

Undergraduate Students - 28 days

Graduate Students - 90 days

Faculty - 1 year

University Staff - 1 year

Fee for Access - 14 days

*Certain materials such as Media (CDs, DVDs & VHS), books from the Browsing Collection, etc. have shorter checkout periods.

*Journals, magazines, and microfiche materials do not circulate.

*All materials are subject to recall.

*Many materials may be renewed up to 3 times either online or at the Circulation Desk.

Reserve Collection

Loan periods vary depending on type of materials and request of faculty placing items on reserve:

• 2-hour, 4-hour, or restricted to library use only

*Fines for Reserve materials returned late are $1.00 per hour up to a maximum of $6.00 per item.

*Reserve materials may not be recalled or placed on hold.
